Mirror, Mirror on the Wall…

Upcycling is a fancy word for junk shopping, and the ability to junk shop like a pro is a trait that runs in the Siwinski family like athleticism or tallness does in other families. Today’s find? This amazing mirror that ties the bedroom together PERFECTLY (and a steal for $15). Pair that with a mid century office credenza that cost me $0.00 and you’ve got one hell of a bedroom setup for less than some people pay in gas to drive their SUV to the furniture store.

While serving as the Social Media Manager for the 2013 St. Louis Arts Awards, I was lucky enough to visit back stage with legendary rock and roll icon, Chuck Berry. Above are images of the father of rock and roll prior to receiving his award for lifetime achievement in the arts.
